Sec. 394.025. CORPORATE BOOKS AND RECORDS. A housing finance corporation shall keep complete books and records of account and shall keep minutes of the proceedings of its board of directors. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
