Number of Signs

Sec. 394.047. NUMBER OF SIGNS. A business may not maintain more than five on-premise signs for each frontage on a single road at a single business location. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
