Sec. 3940.106. LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES. To protect the public interest, the district may contract with a qualified party, including the county, to provide law enforcement services in the district for a fee. Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 499 (S.B. 2043), Sec. 1, eff. June 16, 2015.
