Sec. 3943.0502. FEES; CHARGES. The district may: (1) establish and collect user fees, concession fees, admission fees, rental fees, or other similar fees or charges; and (2) apply the proceeds from those fees or charges for the enjoyment, sale, rental, or other use of the district's facilities, services, or improvement projects.
