Sec. 3946.153. CITY REQUIREMENTS. (a) An improvement project must comply with any applicable city construction codes and construction ordinances. (b) The district may not provide, conduct, or authorize any improvement project on the city's streets, highways, rights-of-way, or easements without the consent of the city.
