Additional City Powers Regarding Improvement Projects

Sec. 3946.154. ADDITIONAL CITY POWERS REGARDING IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS. (a) Except as otherwise provided by an agreement between the district and the city, the city may: (1) by ordinance, order, resolution, or other directive require that title to all or any portion of an improvement project vest in the city; or (2) by ordinance, order, resolution, or other directive authorize the district to own, encumber, maintain, and operate an improvement project or convey the project to the city at a later date.
