Definitions

Sec. 395.002. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Governing body" includes only the governing body of a toll road authority. (2) "Sign" means a display, light, device, figure, painting, drawing, message, plaque, poster, or other thing designed or used to advertise or inform. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
