Sec. 395.057. REGULATION BY TOLL ROAD AUTHORITY. A toll road authority may not regulate a motorist information panel or business sign erected, maintained, or regulated under this subchapter. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
