Sec. 3950.251. TAX ABATEMENT. The district may enter into a tax abatement agreement in accordance with the general laws of this state authorizing and applicable to a tax abatement agreement by a municipality. Added by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 803 (H.B. 4290), Sec. 1, eff. June 15, 2017.
