Sec. 3959.0104. LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES. To protect the public interest, the district may contract with the city to provide additional law enforcement services in the district for a fee. Added by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 985 (H.B. 4584), Sec. 1, eff. June 18, 2021.
