Removal of Gasoline

Sec. 397.009. REMOVAL OF GASOLINE. Gasoline in a fuel tank of a junked, wrecked, or abandoned automotive vehicle shall be completely removed before the vehicle is placed on an automotive wrecking and salvage yard. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
