Penalty

Sec. 397.012. PENALTY. (a) A person commits an offense if the person operates an automotive wrecking and salvage yard in violation of this chapter. (b) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor. (c) Each day a violation continues is a separate offense. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
