Sec. 398.101. CIVIL PENALTY. A person who violates this chapter is subject to a civil penalty of $10,000 for each violation. Added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 723 (H.B. 700), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2025.
