Sec. 3985.0201. GOVERNING BODY; TERMS. (a) The district is governed by a board of five directors who serve staggered four-year terms. (b) Three directors must be elected in the manner provided by Subchapter D, Chapter 49, Water Code. (c) Two directors must be appointed by the governing body of the city.
