Sec. 4.058. DELAYED EFFECTIVENESS NOT PERMITTED. The effect of the following filing instruments may not be delayed: (1) a reservation of name as provided by Subchapter C, Chapter 5; (2) a registration of name as provided by Subchapter D, Chapter 5; (3) a statement of event or fact as provided by Section 4.055; or (4) a certificate of abandonment as provided by Section 4.057.
