Sec. 4.157. FILING FEES: PROFESSIONAL CORPORATIONS. For a filing by or for a professional corporation, the secretary of state shall impose the same fee as the filing fee for a similar instrument under Section 4.152. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
