Sec. 4001.0304. LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES. To protect the public interest, the district may contract with a qualified party, including the county, to provide law enforcement services in the district for a fee. Added by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 787 (H.B. 5344), Sec. 2(a), eff. June 13, 2023.
