Consumer Interest Information

Sec. 4002.201. CONSUMER INTEREST INFORMATION. (a) The board shall prepare information of consumer interest describing: (1) the regulatory functions of the board and commissioner; and (2) the procedures by which consumer complaints are filed with and resolved by the board or commissioner. (b) The board shall make the information available to the public and appropriate state agencies. Added by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 491 (H.B. 4171), Sec. 1.01, eff. January 1, 2022.
