Form and Contents of Permit

Sec. 4003.007. FORM AND CONTENTS OF PERMIT. A permit qualifying securities for sale must: (1) be in the form the commissioner prescribes; and (2) state in bold type that the issuance of the permit is permissive only and does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement of the securities permitted to be issued.
