Registration Procedures

Sec. 4003.054. REGISTRATION PROCEDURES. (a) The commissioner shall complete the procedures specified by this section to register securities entitled to registration by notification. (b) The commissioner shall: (1) examine the registration statement filed under Section 4003.052 and the accompanying papers to determine their sufficiency under the requirements of this subchapter; and (2) record the registration by notification of the securities described on receipt of: (A) the registration statement; (B) any prospectus; (C) payment of the filing fee and registration fee; and (D) a consent to service of process, if required.
