Continuing Education

Sec. 4004.257. CONTINUING EDUCATION. (a) The board may recognize, prepare, or administer continuing education programs for a person who is registered under this chapter. (b) A person who is registered under this chapter must participate in continuing education programs if the board requires participation as a condition of maintaining the person's certificate or evidence of registration.
