Sec. 4005.0303. LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES. To protect the public interest, the district may contract with a qualified party, including the county, to provide law enforcement services in the district for a fee. Added by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 788 (H.B. 5372), Sec. 1, eff. June 13, 2023.
