Sec. 4006.053. APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF STOCK EXCHANGE. The commissioner or board shall charge and collect a fee of $10,000 for filing an application for approval of a stock exchange. Added by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 491 (H.B. 4171), Sec. 1.01, eff. January 1, 2022.
