Sec. 4006.101. REASONABLE AND NECESSARY REQUIREMENT. Subject to Subchapter A, the board shall set a fee under Subchapters A and B in an amount that is reasonable and necessary to defray costs. Added by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 491 (H.B. 4171), Sec. 1.01, eff. January 1, 2022.
