Sec. 4007.0202. APPOINTMENT OF VOTING DIRECTORS. The mayor and members of the governing body of the city shall appoint voting directors from persons recommended by the board. A person is appointed if a majority of the members of the governing body, including the mayor, vote to appoint that person. Added by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1024 (H.B. 5399), Sec. 1, eff.
