Definition

Sec. 401.022. DEFINITION. In this chapter, "unavailable" means not able to exercise the powers and discharge the duties of the office of governor for any reason specified in the Texas Constitution. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 147, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
