Sec. 401.059. PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT. (a) The department shall develop programs to evaluate hazards associated with the use of sources of radiation. (b) The department and commission shall develop programs within their respective jurisdictions with due regard for compatibility with federal programs for the regulation of sources of radiation.
