Sec. 4012.0304. LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES. To protect the public interest, the district may contract with a qualified party, including the city, to provide law enforcement services in the district for a fee. Added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 257 (S.B. 3037), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2025.
