Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 4014.0101

Sec. 4014.0101. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Board" means the district's board of directors. (2) "City" means the City of Sherman. (3) "County" means Grayson County. (4) "Director" means a board member. (5) "District" means the Alluvium Ranch Municipal Management District No. 1. Added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 706 (S.B. 3056), Sec. 1, eff.
