Composition of Division

Sec. 402.00115. COMPOSITION OF DIVISION. The division is composed of the commissioner of workers' compensation and other officers and employees as required to efficiently implement: (1) this title; (2) other workers' compensation laws of this state; and (3) other laws granting jurisdiction or applicable to the division or the commissioner.
