Representatives

Sec. 402.071. REPRESENTATIVES. (a) The commissioner shall establish qualifications for a representative and shall adopt rules establishing procedures for authorization of representatives. (b) A representative may receive a fee for providing representation under this subtitle only if the representative is: (1) an adjuster representing an insurance carrier; or (2) licensed to practice law.
