General Duties; Funding

Sec. 402.076. GENERAL DUTIES; FUNDING. (a) The division shall perform the workforce education and safety functions of the workers' compensation system of this state. (b) The operations of the division under this section are funded through the surcharge assessed under Section 403.002. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 265 (H.B. 7), Sec. 2.018, eff.
