Prosecution

Sec. 402.153. PROSECUTION. Notwithstanding any other law, the attorney general has jurisdiction to prosecute and shall represent the state in the prosecution of a criminal offense described by Section 402.151. Added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., 2nd C.S., Ch. 19 (S.B. 12), Sec. 1, eff. December 4, 2025.
