Sec. 403.018. ASSISTANCE IN RECONSTRUCTING DESTROYED RECORDS. The comptroller may assist any taxpayer in reconstructing and recompiling business records that are damaged or destroyed by natural disaster. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 147, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
