Sec. 403.242. APPLICABILITY OF SUBCHAPTER. This subchapter is the only authority for the establishment and maintenance of petty cash accounts for state agency funds not exempted by Section 403.252. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 744, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1991.
