Refund

Sec. 405.034. REFUND. If the secretary of state deposits in the state treasury a fee that is not due or is in an amount exceeding the amount due the state, the fee or excess is subject to refund. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 147, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
