Sec. 4051.052. AUTHORITY TO WRITE ADDITIONAL LINES. A person who holds a general property and casualty license may, in addition, write the kinds of insurance contracts described by: (1) Section 4051.101 and Subchapter E; or (2) Chapter 4055.
