Sec. 4054.102. DESIGNATION OF KINDS OF INSURANCE. A person who holds a limited life, accident, and health license may write only the kind of insurance designated on the license. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 7, eff. April 1, 2005.
