Sec. 4054.351. CERTIFICATION PROGRAM. The department shall establish a voluntary specialty certification program for individuals who market small employer health benefit plans in accordance with Chapter 1501. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1338 (S.B. 79), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2009.
