Sec. 4055.005. LICENSE ISSUANCE. The commissioner may issue a specialty license to an applicant who complies with Section 4055.004 and the other requirements of this chapter. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 7, eff. April 1, 2005.
