Sec. 407A.454. IMMUNITY. A board member or a member of the staff of the board is not liable in a civil action for an act performed in good faith in the execution of that person's powers or duties. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 1055 (H.B. 1353), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2005.
