State Beef Check Off Program

Sec. 41.1571. STATE BEEF CHECK OFF PROGRAM. The council may establish and operate a state beef check off program that is separate from the beef check off program established by federal law. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 998 (H.B. 2312), Sec. 5, eff. June 14, 2013.
