Definitions

Sec. 41.351. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Offense against public administration" means an offense described by Section 411.0252. (2) "Prosecuting attorney" means a county attorney, district attorney, or criminal district attorney. Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 927 (H.B. 1690), Sec. 2, eff. September 1, 2015.
