Clerical Error

Sec. 410.120. CLERICAL ERROR. For the purpose of correcting a clerical error, an arbitrator retains jurisdiction of the award for 20 days after the date of the award. Acts 1993, 73rd Leg., ch. 269, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1993.
