Sec. 4101.051. LICENSE REQUIRED. Except as otherwise provided by this chapter, a person may not act as or represent that the person is an adjuster in this state unless the person holds a license under this chapter. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 7, eff. April 1, 2005.
