Posting of License

Sec. 4102.108. POSTING OF LICENSE. A license issued under this chapter must at all times be posted in a conspicuous place in the principal place of business of the license holder. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 728 (H.B. 2018), Sec. 11.082(a), eff. September 1, 2005.
