Sec. 411.0085. DRIVER'S LICENSE FACILITIES: PERSONNEL. The department may not assign more than 123 commissioned officers plus supervising personnel to driver's license facilities. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 4, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
