Administrative Violation

Sec. 411.068. ADMINISTRATIVE VIOLATION. (a) An insurance company commits a violation if the insurance company does not: (1) maintain or provide the accident prevention services required by this subchapter; or (2) use the services in a reasonable manner to prevent injury to employees of its policyholders.
