Duration of Certificate of Authority

Sec. 4151.056. DURATION OF CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY. A certificate of authority issued to an administrator under this chapter is effective until it is suspended, canceled, or revoked. The issuance, denial, suspension, cancellation, or revocation of a certificate of authority to act as an administrator is subject to: (1) Subchapters B and C, Chapter 4005; (2) Chapter 82; and (3) Subchapter G.
