Disposition of Books and Records On Termination of Written Agreement

Sec. 4151.114. DISPOSITION OF BOOKS AND RECORDS ON TERMINATION OF WRITTEN AGREEMENT. On termination of the written agreement, an administrator may fulfill the requirements of Sections 4151.112 and 4151.113 by: (1) delivering the books and records: (A) to a successor administrator; or (B) if there is not a successor administrator, to the insurer, plan, or plan sponsor; and (2) giving written notice to the commissioner of the location of the books and records.
